We are seeking ambitious and talented law students to join our Summer Associate Program, providing an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the practice of law.

We are currently accepting applications from second-year law students for our 2025 Summer Associate Program.

Position:
As a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler, you will be immersed in substantive legal work, participating in a variety of tasks across different practice areas. This program is designed to enhance your legal education by providing practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world legal scenarios. You will work closely with our experienced attorneys, gaining valuable insights into client interactions, case management, and legal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Draft memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and case strategy sessions.
Collaborate with attorneys on complex transactions and litigation matters.
Attend and contribute to internal training sessions and workshops.
Assist in pro bono projects and community service initiatives.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, with completion of at least one year of law studies by the start of the summer program.
Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in [specific practice areas, if applicable].
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and client service.

Program Details:

Duration: 10 weeks
Compensation: The 2025 summer associate salary will be based on a pro-rata calculation of entry-level associate compensation, which is currently $120,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
