Actively seeking a Legal Executive Assistant for a FULLY ONSITE and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The right candidate will have 2+ Years of Executive Assistant Experience, with that experience coming from a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: FullyOnsite | Manhattan, NY

PAY: $95 - $105K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
2+ Years of Executive Assistance Experience
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a liaison between attorneys and other departments throughout the Firm
Resolve issues with a high level of attention to attorney preferences
Serve as an ambassador for both the Firm and assigned attorney
Heavy calendaring; manage contacts lists and send invitations
Screen internal and external correspondence
Create and maintain case lists; Enter, proofread, and finalize diaries
Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements
Manage conference room reservations
Other duties as assigned
